1. The Certificate Authority may rely on this authorization for any subsequent digital certificate renewals and/or orders by Cloudflare, Inc. until this authorization is revoked by disabling the certificate for this domain.
2. All of my Cloudflare account information for this domain name is accurate, current, reliable, complete, and not misleading.
3. I will promptly notify Cloudflare if any information in the certificate is, or becomes, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate.
